A. Information You Provide Directly

• Profile Information: When you set up your profile, you provide details such as your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Sexual Orientation, and Relationship Goals.
• Personal Expression: You can choose to specify your Interests, Language preferences, Faith/Religion, Philosophy, Habits, and Lifestyle traits to enrich your matching experience.
• Media Assets: You upload photos to be displayed on your profile.
• Contact Details: Your Phone Number is collected for account registration, authentication, and secure login, alongside your Email Address.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Location Data: With your permission, we collect your precise geographic coordinates (GPS/Latitude and Longitude) to suggest nearby profiles and match you with other users in your area.
• Device Info: We collect technical parameters from your device, including operating system version, unique device identifiers, and push notification tokens.
• Usage Logs: Information about your interactions within the App, such as profiles swiped, chats initiated, calls made, and timestamps of activity.

3. How We Use Data

We use the data we collect to operate, improve, and secure our dating platform, specifically to:

• Create and maintain your user account and profile.
• Find, filter, and recommend compatible matches near you based on your location and profile preferences.
• Enable communication features, such as text messages, voice notes, and audio/video calling.
• Verify your identity and ensure profile safety through liveness checks.
• Deliver push notifications for new messages, match updates, and incoming call alerts.
• Optimize platform performance, debug technical errors, and improve search filters.

4. App Permissions

To provide core features, the App requests permissions to access certain system features on your device. You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings:

• Location Permission: Required to find and display matches in your vicinity. Without location access, we cannot recommend local profiles.
• Microphone Permission: Required to record and send voice messages or participate in voice/video calls.
• Camera Permission: Required to take new photos for your profile, participate in video calls, and complete face liveness verification.
• Photo Library Access: Required to upload existing photos/videos from your gallery to your profile.
• Notification Permission: Required to send real-time alerts for matches, messages, and calls.

5. Data Sharing

We respect your privacy and only share your information under the following circumstances:

• With Other Users: Your public profile details (first name, age, interests, habits, photos) are visible to other users on the platform. Chat messages, calls, and voice notes are shared strictly with the corresponding match.
• Service Providers: We share data with verified third-party vendors who assist with SMS verification, push notifications, and hosting infrastructure. These partners must adhere to strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the safety of our users and the public.

6. Security & Storage

Your security is our highest priority. We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) for data transmission and store passwords and tokens securely. Your chat messages, voice notes, and media uploads are transmitted securely via WebSocket and REST APIs.

We retain your personal data only as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations. If you request account deletion, your profile details will be permanently removed or anonymized from our databases in accordance with our data retention procedures.

7. Your Rights

You have control over your personal data. Depending on your location, you have the right to:

• Access & Export: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct & Edit: Update your profile characteristics, interest settings, and personal details directly from the Edit Profile screen.
• Delete Account: Request the deletion of your account and all associated profile details.
• Manage Location settings: Enable or disable location tracking at any time via system settings.

8. Children's Privacy

GenZ Dating is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will take immediate steps to terminate their account and delete their information from our servers.
