Account Registration Data: When you register, we collect your full name, email address, date of birth, gender, gender preference, and profile pictures.
Profile Details & Content: Bio information, relationship goals, interests, languages spoken, religion, and uploaded photos or videos.
Location Information: With your permission, we collect precise or approximate geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude) to show nearby users and calculate distance preferences.
Usage & Device Information: Technical data including IP address, device type, operating system version, push notification tokens, and app usage logs.
In-App Messages & Media: Messages, image attachments, and video clips transmitted through our in-app chat feature.

5. Account Deletion & Data Retention

We retain your personal information as long as your account remains active.

Your Right to Delete: You can delete your account at any time directly inside the Luvia application under Settings > Delete My Account. Upon deletion, your profile, photos, comments, likes, and messages will be permanently removed from our active database.

6. Safety & Age Restriction

Luvia is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will immediately terminate the account and remove their information.

7. Security of Your Data

We employ industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
