Welcome to Warrly ("we," "our," or "us"). Warrly is a personal finance and document management application that helps you track warranties, store bills, and manage subscriptions — all in one secure place.

We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Warrly mobile application ("App").

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you create an account or use the App, you may provide:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and password used for registration and login.
• Warranty & Bill Data: Product names, purchase dates, expiry dates, purchase prices, store names, and any notes you add.
• Subscription Data: Subscription service names, billing amounts, renewal dates, and billing cycles.
• Receipt & Product Images: Photos of bills, receipts, and product images you upload for your records.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• Usage Data: Features accessed, pages viewed, and interactions within the App.
• FCM Token: A unique Firebase Cloud Messaging token used to deliver push notifications, stored securely on our servers.

2.3 Biometric Data

Warrly offers optional biometric authentication (fingerprint or face recognition) as a security feature.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and Maintain the App: Store your bills, warranties, and subscription records securely.
• Send Notifications: Deliver timely reminders about upcoming warranty expirations, subscription renewals, and bill due dates.
• Account Management: Authenticate your identity when you log in.
• Improve the App: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features and fix bugs.
• Customer Support: Respond to your inquiries and resolve issues.

4.1 Where Your Data is Stored

Your data is stored on our secure backend servers hosted at warrlyapi.karmadude.in. Uploaded images and documents are stored in secure cloud storage.

4.2 How We Protect Your Data

• HTTPS Encryption: All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL.
• Secure Credential Storage: Authentication tokens are stored using the device's secure storage and are never stored in plain text.
• Authentication: Access to your data requires valid login credentials.

4.3 Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use Firebase (Google) for push notification delivery. Firebase may process your FCM token per Google's Privacy Policy.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government regulation.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before this occurs.

Warrly sends push notifications to remind you about:

• Warranty expiry dates
• Subscription renewal dates
• Upcoming bill due dates

You can manage notification preferences at any time within the App under Profile → Notification Settings, or by disabling notifications for Warrly in your device settings.

Warrly is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us data, please contact us.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
